Exhibit Hall Operating Hours
The standard schedule for the 2026 commercial exhibition floor spans three days:
- Monday, December 7: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 8: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 9: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Registration & Badging
Official portals regulate booth staff credentials and educational permissions.
- Registration Opening: The official exhibitor portal opens for staff registration in mid-September 2026.
- Complimentary Allotment: Every standard 10' x 10' exhibit booth includes four complimentary exhibit badges.
- Over-Allotment Badges: Additional staff badges beyond the complimentary limit can be purchased for $140 each.
- Access Limitations: Standard exhibitor badges allow access to the exhibit hall, opening session, and general educational sessions, but they do not include continuing education (CE) credits. CE-eligible badges must be purchased separately.
